Creating success for Blitz brokerage meant ensuring more demand from both buyers and sellers. It was vital for Blitz to maintain an intelligent lead generating and agent matching system. During our four months working together, we designed a system with the objective to get more low cost hot leads that automatically were routed, to the right agent.

Blitz Real Estate needed to effectively manage and promote around 2,000 properties, but it was incredibly time-consuming for the business.

Although they frequently received inquiries from potential buyers and tenants, most of these inquiries were less than warm leads, and it required tremendous amounts of effort to make contact with these potential prospects.  All this whilst proactively finding new potential customers using cold calling, direct mail and email…

It proved to become a seriously time-consuming endeavor which delivered very low return on investment. With such a big property portfolio, it was difficult to make time to do all this work whilst also visiting properties, carrying out valuations and setting up individual property marketing activities.

Our Solution

For Blitz Real Estate, we first embedded a customized Facebook messenger widget on their website. This simple, personalized tool was able to generate a warm prospect list for Blitz. We designed our messenger sequence to bring more customers, and get questions instantly answered at a reduced cost for the client.

We then invested $3,309.49 in Facebook Ads – a modest amount of money for an agency with so many properties on its books, and substantially less than they were spending on other forms of marketing activity. 

 

The Strategy

For Blitz Real Estate, we first embedded a customized Facebook messenger widget on their website. This simple, personalized tool was able to generate a warm prospect list for Blitz. We designed our messenger sequence to bring more customers, and get questions instantly answered at a reduced cost for the client.

Carousel Advertisement of Properties

These advertisements were designed for a natural feel as prospects were engaging. We used these carousel images to promote a range of different properties to a carefully targeted audience of property buyers and tenants.

We achieved this focus on the right audience by segmeneting all online interactions in a dedicated chatbot flow, then applied tags to them to ensure each individual was only shown relevant properties to their needs.

Because we filtered the users with precision, we were able to subscribe them to a follow-up sequence that automatically sent them new properties based on their interests. Utilizing a chat bot for Blitz Real Estate allowed them to automate hours of work for each prospect.

How Did Our Approach Impact The Client Team?

Blitz was prepared to implement and embrace the opportunities proposed by ProAdLabs. With the combination of new technologies and an experienced marketing team, Blitz is taking advantage of innovative and effective marketing campaigns for the real estate sector that will prepare them for ever-changing consumer behaviors.

We achieved this using a data-driven solution which enabled us to accurately target the right audience and use a combination of Facebook, Messenger marketing, and the clients’ website to develop relationships to their customers, and identify hot leads in real time.

We also implemeneted our proporietary Messenger chatbot flows to automate responses through multiple touchpoints on autopilot – keeping prospects informed.

Using a four-stage process of paid traffic campaign strategy build-out, email automation, Messenger marketing, and a carefully designed sales funnel with conversion rate optimization, we were able to save this clients real estate agents considerable amounts of time to reduce their marketing spend to just a few hundred dollars.

Blitz agents no longer need to check multiple channels and waste time individually messaging back potential customers. With our system in place, we were able to finetune customized messages to each prospect on autopilot, increasing the customers’ trust in Blitz and create authority from the beginning of the conversation. 

Once prospects opt into the campaign, they are pre-qualified and uploaded into a CRM, saving the real estate agents even more time.

The Results

In less than four months of working together, we managed to turn an ad spend of >$3000 a month per month into just shy of $1.5MM in commissions of this clients' business.

Our marketing funnel delivered 9,674 engaged prospects, with no less than 1,451 that converted into hot leads that scheduled a call or appointment directly with our clients’ agents.

The cost per lead was incredibly low at $2.27 (the industry benchmark: $16.92).

Our estimated revenue generated was over $50M, with commissions equaling over $1.5MM for this client.  

Our campaign has been incredibly successful for this client. They have reported unprecedented results from the hot leads we generated and have also noticed that customer retention has improved dramatically. With a greater sphere of influence, Blitz has enhanced all of their sales channels to create larger deals annually.
